So I went to Seven to get baliage, a technique that isnt done in many places in Seattle yet. I was not impressed. It cost me about $300, for brassy icky highlights. If you are looking for baliage, go to Vain, its much cheaper and the stylists actually listen (gasp!) to you what you want, and they don't do cookie cutter cuts.
Pros: Parking, Ambience
Cons: Service, WAY too expensive

I get my highlights done with Trinh. She always listens, gets super close to the roots and the never disappoints. I have Asian hair and in the past they have turned out orange or green, but every since I started seeing her I have never gotten so many compliments. It looks different and not you "average" highlights LOVE IT!
