Alex is awesome!. I came in for the first time to get a cut before the weekends festivities & they put me with Alex. We talked about music & cracked jokes, he's hilarious! And when it was all done I had a great looking cut! I'm definitely making him my regular stylist.

Bad color, even worse management. Let's be blunt. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever.

I've always walked by this place but finally caved it and decided to give them a chance. I came here last week for a color job by Aiyana. I was told during my consultation that it would cost $135 for the partial foil and $35 for a conditioning treatment.

During the foiling, Aiyana discovered that her chemicals were reacting to my hair causing the hair to chemically heat up (I've had many foils done before and this has never happened)! After rinsing it out of my hair, Aiyana then told me she was going to do an all over color instead. After the color (which turned out to be a completely different color than what I wanted), she then wanted me to purchase the at-home conditioning treatment for me to do at home instead of having her do it there, (it felt like she was in a hurry and didn't want to do the treatment as scheduled, I was her last customer and she was already 20 minutes behind).

Aiyana sat me back on the chair and asked if she should trim the ends up, stating "There will be no price difference". After spending less than 5 minutes snipping less than half an inch on the ends only, I changed and checked out.

Turns out - I was charged $85 for the all over color AND $75 for a hair cut, (which really wasn't a true hair cut)....Wait - that doesn't seem right?

We called and talked to the day Manager and explained that we should get a refund of $75 because I was told the trim would be the same cost, (whatever that meant), Aiyana never explained to me that the all over color was only going to be $85.00. If I had known that a "hair trim" would be an additional $75.00 I would not have had it done. Essentially - $75 for five minutes of hair trim is poor business practice.

They were offering me to come back in to have either a full hair cut instead of the refund, (but why would I want to go back after this episode) We asked to speak to the General Manager of 7 Salon and the GM Rebecca calls us and we told her we felt it was misleading from Aiyana in that she didn't explain the cost of services. She then bluntly tells us they have a strict 'no refund' policy. Although there was a miscommunication on their part, they had no intention of refunding the $75.00.

We told her she lost two customers (myself and my mother) and that we would be writing a review to explain the situation to which she replies, "Well, that's your prerogative". (Kind of shows how they have very little regard to "good customer service" practices.

Seven Salon obviously cares more about $75 than the satisfaction of their customers.

Chloe is wonderful!. Chloe has been my stylist for about 5 years and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed. She has a great sense of style and keeps my look up to date. I love having my hair cut by Chloe. Her haircuts always turn out just like I wanted and my hair looks more healthy than when I arrived at the salon. Because of Chloe’s attention to detail, I know my hair color will turn out beautiful every time. Hair color can be a tricky thing but Chloe always picks the perfect color for me and it turns out great every time. I regularly receive compliments on Chloe’s beautiful work and am looking forward to my next visit. Chloe loves what she does and it shows in her work. I’ve been to several different stylists in the Bellevue/Seattle area and have never felt as confident in my stylist as I do with Chloe. I can always count on a great haircut, absolutely beautiful hair color, and always leave feeling great. I highly recommend Chloe at Seven in Bellevue.

The only place ill go to get my hair cut. Great place, cool atmosphere. Never again will I go to get my hair cut at great clips or whatever. Great staff, coffee plus a live DJ! Kannie (my stylist) is one in a million, great person and just a solid human being. Every time I go I look forward to the experience. Keep up the good work guys and make sure to make people like Kannie the standard for your future stylists.

Kannie Rocks!!. I can not say enough good things about Kannie. Everytime I go, I walk out feeling and looking amazing! I have even had total strangers comment about how good my hair looks. I just sit down in the chair and relax, she has an amazing ability to cut and color my hair to perfectly match my face shape and personality. All the stylist there are so well trained. The salon has amazing customer service, you will feel like you are the most important person in the room every time you walk in. I fully recommend this salon, and especially Kannie!

Erin is amazing!!!. This review is long overdue. I found Erin through a review and consider myself incredibly lucky to be a client. She is beyond amazing. After a horrific cut/color at another big name salon 2 years ago I was fortunate enough to find Erin and my hair has never looked better. I have naturally curly hair and she cares so much about talking through what I want to make sure I will be happy. Recently I cut off 6 inches, which for me is huge, and Erin made me so happy I took the risk. She is a wonderful person and a truly gifted stylist/colorist. If you're not sure about trying SEVEN (understand not everyone has been as lucky as I), go to Erin and you will not be sorry.

Dallas @ 7. Fantastic Hairdresser...Lucky me!

For the last two years I have gone to the Salon 7 in the Bellevue Mall and to have" Dallas" as my stylist.

I have never been so pleased and so lucky to have someone who cares about what I want and to make sure I leave the Salon happy and satisfied.

I would recommend her to my very best friend and know she would not be disappointed.

She also has a great personality and genuinely cares about what she does. Also I never have to wait more than 5 min. if at all before I'm seated.

Terrible Service. So I had an 8:45pm appointment, didn't get seen until 9:00, which was okay but it meant that they stylist, Chu, rushed the haircut and blowdrying - everything took about 20 minutes. As she was stying she pulled out some hair and jokingly said "Well, that'll wake you up!" I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. I called to express my concerns and the lady I spoke to was nice and said they fix up hair within 2 weeks, unfortunately I'll be out of town, or maybe it's fortunate for me because I don't think I'd go back anyways.

Stay Away!. OMG....what a disaster! Worst haircut of my life!!!! first off be aware that the stylist that say that have been doing hair for 2 years and charging 60 dollars probably just got on the floor, I bet there are only a dozen or so sylist in there that have been doing hair longer than 3 years. Worst experience of my life, and talk about overated!

Irina is the BEST. I searched for a new hair stylist all over Bellevue, it took me two years to find Irina. The staff is great and she is amazing with my fine thin hair. I would highly recommend to anyone.
