great for a bachelorette/birthday party!

by iheartoregon at Citysearch

I messaged Heaven Nightclub on their website and was called the next day saying we had 'won' the drawing for bachelorette parties to get their VIP seating... which was a curtained off section with a couple of couches-that they called the Hell-Lounge? I think.

When we arrived we were greeted at the door by Justin and really nice bouncers who introduced themselves as the guys who would be carrying us up the stairs when we left... they were all very friendly to our large group!

Justin took our group picture for us and then the bride was presented with a gift-basket full of funny bedroom things-she was a little embarrassed and we LOVED it! I don't know whether you should expect this, but it was really a nice surprise for us.

The DJ played great music, and the bartenders mixed drinks like a dream.... they even comped us two drinks that we accidentally spilled throughout the night- and really that's because we were buying a lot of drinks there. We ended up spending most of our night there and don't regret it. Probably should have stayed longer, but we had made a plan of bars we wanted to get to, and crossed off a few to spend more time as it was. I completely recommend bringing your friends here for a fun night, whether it be for a party or not! (be sure to call/email in advance and they'll know to expect you!) We did get there early so it wasn't packed, but that actually made it more fun for us!

THANK YOU so much for providing such a fun-time for our party!

  • Pros: open dancefloor, great bartenders, vip status!
  • Cons: that we couldn't stay longer...

cabaret with pole dancers

by JillPro at Citysearch

I went to Heavens. Heaven? I'm not sure which one it is.. but I was there to support a DJ buddy for a burlesque, variety show. OMG. POLE DANCERS. It was effin hot. I didn't know some of those moves were possible. They also had burlesque acts that were well put together. I was impressed that as much as I like girls taking their clothes off, that it was a little different than the burly Q I've normally seen. The people that work here seem to be nice and down to earth, I didn't get a snotty vibe from anyone who was working. I was alone, since my buddy was Djing, so it was a bonus that I felt comfortable hanging out.. The drinks were stiff and I was pleased to discover when I was ordering my first beer, that everything is half price til 11 . awesome! I was wasted before midnight.

  • Pros: Awesome staff

Most diversified nightclub in Seattle

by ActiveRyan at Citysearch

I go out just about every weekend, and I find myself frequenting Heaven Nightclub. I've been down there for several events, and each one was completely different. You would assume that such a diversity of events would prevent each one to draw a suitable crowd, but no, every time the club was full. I got great service, stiff drinks, (and a couple of phone numbers each time I went,) and I'll definitely be going back there next time an event pops up that I'm interested in. (P.S They have a killer happy hour night Thursdays!)

  • Pros: Receptive Staff, Stiff Drinks, Great Shows, Phenominal Diversity.
  • Cons: No Cell Phone Reception

mini shows!

by venusathenan at Citysearch

I don't go out often on the weekends, When I do go out, I don't want to be surrounded by superficial people, or people that are just over 21. I went to Heaven's on a Friday, they had bellydancers, aerialists and this nice magician running around entertaining all the people there. The bartenders made me laugh and the the mash ups were fun to dance to. The ages of the crowd were pretty diverse. I had a really good time. They also have really really cheap drinks if you get there before 11 pm.

  • Pros: dance floor, music, staff
  • Cons: closes at 2!

Great Club, Great Crowd, Best Bathrooms in Town!

by undergroundbob at Citysearch

We went to Heaven on a Friday night. Parking is a little awkward, but it's Poineer Square and that's expected. The Door Guy was cordial if not friendly, and we were into the club in less than a minute. Be careful on the stairs... especially if you've already been drinking. The club is really cool, with a lobby, restrooms, and coat check before you walk into the main dance/bar area. We were barhopping, so restrooms near the entrance were a big help, and WOW! Those are great restrooms. I thought the guys restroom was great and the girls seemed even more impressed than me. We finally got into the main room and to the bar. Service was quick, drinks were tasty and eventually we got to the dancefloor. THe music was a kinda old school radio hip hop and new top 40/R&B dance mix. It was good... our girls were happy. The crowd was really diverse and there were some SMOKIN' hot chickas there. We stayed most of the rest of the night before headed off for last call to a place that stayed open later.

All in all, I definitely recommend this place on a friday night.

  • Pros: Good Music. Good Drinks. Great Restrooms.
  • Cons: Parking is tough. Cover Charge.
