This place has great service and I love love love the rooftop what NYer wouldn't! Other than some of the annoying bridge and tunnel patrons this place is a 3rd ave fav. !! Friday night I was there for an open bar party I spent the best $45.00 ever!
Pros: Open bar for bdays, rooftop, bartenders
Cons: can get crowded

We had a corporate event here at Tonic East on the rooftop and myself and my clients couldn't have been any happier. The staff was very professional yet fun and friendly! The food was great and everything came out before we even had to ask! What could have been better than coronas that your boss is paying for on an outdoor deck!
Pros: Rooftop, drinks, the servers
Cons: smaller bathrooms
