The place is generally crowded. If you visit this place on a weekend, it is typically crowded and you may have to wait for a while before being seated. I have been to this place about five times. The food is good for most, a couple of times the food ended up being okay, so the food quality is not consistent.
The service is really okay, again inconsistent. I've had times when the staff were really nice, and times when they were not. Overall, I would keep average expectations for food and service when visiting this place.
- Pros: Food
- Cons: Service, inconsistency in thier food
Relaxed atmosphere, good food

I love coming here for the hotpot. It's great for groups because you just throw in whatever you want to eat and everyone can pick and choose from the hotpot. The food is delicious, but a word of caution - spicy here means SPICY!!! I love spicy food, but I could barely finish a dish of Chili Prawns that I ordered once... I had to mix it in with the rice and it was still almost unbearably spicy. For hotpot, don't put lettuce in the spicy side... your mouth will be burning the rest of the night!
- Pros: Great for small groups, food is good
- Cons: Not much service
