We've seen the lines at this bakery/deli when shopping at the mall. This piqued our curiosity and finally we went to try their food. The sandwiches here are very average and overpriced for something you could make at home using minimal ingredients!! The soup was un-creative (broccoli soup). How difficult is it to boil some broccoli to death and serve it up? As far as cleaniliness, I would say they could try harder. I think this is the only deli/cafe in the mall and thus explains their constant steady business.
