I did not purchase a car there so I cannot give any recommendations for that, however I did have mechanic work done on my Suzuki there. I am incredibly disappointed with this business. The service manager Chris had a chauvinistic and condescending attitude towards me. I recently brought my car in to have the speed sensor light checked out. After doing all the diagnostic tests he told me that the warranty wouldn't cover it and that the labor would cost $200 + and the part was $160. He than proceeded to tell me that he should charge me the $65 for the diagnostic but since he didn't go over it in the beginning he wasn't going to, but that he couldn't write me up an invoice without charging me, and could only give me a photo copy. Long story short I contacted my warranty company and they agreed kindly to provide me with a graceful $200 goodwill payment towards my car problem, and I took my car to AA Automotive in Redmond. They were able to get the work done for $281 and it only cost me $81. The labor cost was $98 and that was based off the one hour of work as a guideline from the nationally recognized All Data program. It took them a little longer to do the work, but since the guideline had an hour recommendation I was only charged one hour. They are recommended by King 5 and by AAA, and give a 10% discount to AAA members with no max. Do not, I repeat, do not go to Biddle Automotive for mechanic work, unless you want to pay double the amount in labor.

I had a good experience at Brooks Biddle Suzuki in Bothell. Didn't walk out with a car, but test drove 3 and got financing quotes on 2. They are true to their slogan of "no pressure sales". Had a good selection of used cars and new cars at affordable prices. Worked with Madeson and Mike. They even gave my kids balloons.

Fantastic perks of pickup brought me in. Thought previous experience with service dept insured loyalty. Sales person did his level best to get me what I needed in a positive and no BS manner.

I was a jeep grand cherokee fan because I thought the traction control was great...NO LONGER! Out of all the SUV's I have had, my grand ultima is by far the best for winter drivetime. Add in awesome power and tow capacity and you have the best SUV for the price.

Nice Grand Vitara good deal. Just bought a new limited Suzuki Grand Vitara with navigation and love it. Biddle was easy to deal with and had a discounted price advertised. No games

Excellent dealer. Bought my 05 Rav 4 from them. Good dealer with great customer service. I take all my cars to their service department. Just a nice family dealer.

Top Seattle area dealer. After visting many dealerships and doing a lot of homework. I got really frustrated with the games and the tricks.Brooks Biddle by far was the BEST to work with. David was friendly and knowledgable about the car I was interested in; he listened to my concerns and needs. I love my 2009 Sx4 ...smooth ride,very clean car and excellent customer service from the dealership. Im very glad there is a new Suzuki dealer now in the area!

Best Dealership!. We were expecting the usual car buying experience. Not even close. Best car buying experience ever. Jeff was excellent. Listened to what we wanted and made it happen. When we went to pick up the car, Jeff took the time to show us many of the features of the car and answered any questions we had. Everyone at the dealership was nice without being pushy. We are now the happy owners of a Suzuki Sx4. I would recommend Jeff and Brooks Biddle to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Good smaller dealer. It was nice to go into a place where they don't have 10 salesman waiting to pounce on you. This place wasn't too big but they did have a service department. I bought a used Jetta wagon here and so far like what I bought and what I paid for it.

Would Recommend!. I came into the dealership with the expectation of just browsing to compare prices and cars. I was pre-approved for an amount through my credit union, upon discussing my situation and needs they were able to offer me a better deal for financing. I explained to them I needed to stay within a tight budget and they went to extra mile to get me a newer model vehicle with great mileage for a pre-owned automobile. I would recommend!
