Very disappointing experience. I recently bought a car here and I do NOT recommend this dealership. The salesperson told me that the car was in great shape, and that it has been previously owned by another salesperson there who had done all the scheduled maintenance and oil changes etc. A few days after I bought it I noticed that they hadn't even done an oil change, all the fluids were low, and a light was out. (To be fair, when I called to let them know, they reimbursed me for the oil change, but it was frustrating to have to do that a week after buying a car.)
And that was just the beginning. I also found out that it needed new brake pads, and that the maintenance recommendations show the timing belt should have been replaced 7k miles ago. I called to see if the previous owner had done this scheduled maintenance, and it turns out he had not - contrary to what the salesperson had told me.
I am especially frustrated because he gave me a much lower value for the car I traded in because he said that the timing belt would need to be replaced in 5k miles according to the maintenance recommendations. Essentially he decreased the value for the car I traded in because it would need a new timing belt in the future, while he was selling me a car that needed one 7k miles ago without telling me.
I thought I was getting a fair deal on this car, but having to spend an extra $1,400 within the first two weeks of owning it has changed my mind. If you are thinking of buying a car here, don't expect them to honestly disclose the condition, take it to get checked out by a mechanic first. I really wish I had.
As a side note, no one there seems to be particularly friendly or customer service oriented, but I could overlook that if I didn't feel that I was lied to and misled. I won't be giving them my business in the future.
INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I received incredible customer service last week when buying a car! My salesman Jeff was so nice and went out of his way to make me happy. I definitely recommend Brooks Biddle to anyone in the market for a vehicle!
Will Buy Here Again!. I was very pleased with my purchase at Biddle. My salesman was very informative and helpful, as was Jim in finance. I got a really great deal on a BMW and an extended warranty for it. I financed through Biddle and it was a very easy process. I highly recommend to buy a vehicle there!
Turstworthy Service Department!. I completely trust the techs at Biddle! I have taken my car there several times for scheduled maintenance but last week it was for something else. My Impala died on the freeway so I had to have it towed. I called Biddle and they helped me with all the arrangements with Rainbow Towing. I didn't have an appt but they were able to work it in fairly quickly cause that's the only car I have so I had to miss work. They found what had gone wrong and it was going to cost $1200 to replace. After a long conversation with Dave in Service and the tech working on it, I think his name was Brandon, they figured out a way to fix the problem instead of having to replace the part. The next day their shuttle came and picked me up, the bill was only $178 and my car is running perfectly! I would not take my car anywhere else! Biddle is honest and helpful.
ONE-OF-A-KIND FAMILY BUSINESS!!!. Remember back in the good old days when car salesmen were trustworthy and going to the dealership was a fun and exciting experience? Well most would say those times are long gone, unless you go down to Brooks Biddle! It reminded me of the way family businesses used to be! Honest, caring, respectable, classy, and an all-around exceptional business. I bought a Volvo there in August and my experience was superb! I fell in love with the employees at Biddle and I love my new car. Should I find myself in the market for another vehicle anytime in the future, I will definitely be going back to Brooks Biddle, as should you!!!
Best Dealer in the Northwest!. We just bought a Tundra from Biddle and love our truck! The Sales Dept was very helpful and made our buying experience a pleasant one. They gave us the vehicle history information, as well as the original owners manual and original MSRP printout. They also had the Service Dept do a full detail and a thorough multi-point inspection prior to delivery. We definitely feel the employees at Biddle are honest, trustworthy, and truly care about their customers! Our overall experience was great and we will be a return customer the next time we want to purchase a vehicle!
DON'T BUY A CAR ANYWHERE ELSE!. If you have ever bought a car you know the horrible wheel-n-deal with pushy salesmen for hours on end. Well not at Brooks Biddle! Buying a car here was the easiest thing I've ever done! I was looking for a newer AWD SUV with all the extras. I checked out their website which allows you to search their inventory based off of criteria and price range, and they had 4 different ones that I liked! I made an appt to go see all of them on a Sat afternoon and after some inquiring and a couple test drives I found the perfect one! We then did all the paperwork and drove it home less than 2 1/2 hours later. I was amazed by the ease of the transaction and how easy going the sales people were. They were nice, professional, helpful, and knowledgable. My husband and I will definitely be back to do business here again!
Thanks, salesman Norm! I love my new (used) car!!!!. It was time for me to trade in my wonderful old SUV for a smaller car with more zip as I was not hauling around children anymore. I did a lot of homework and read lots of reviews on vehicles so I knew about the local market and prices as I scanned craigslist. I did my own research about blue book values on both the cars I was wanting to purchase and the trade-in value of my own vehicle. I called Biddle and NORM answered the phone. He was VERY PLEASANT, knew which car I was referring to from craigslist, and called me later that afternoon with info/estimates about my trade-in. My husband and I took a test-drive with the car on the next Saturday morning and Norm was exactly the kind of salesman we like to deal with: informative, but not intrusive, and very fair. We did the normal haggling back and forth for a short time, and I believe we both came out with fair prices (for the car purchased and the trade-in) in the end. We found Norm to be professional and knowledgeable and I was impressed when he called a week later to follow-up to see how we were enjoying the car. (We love it!)

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I have visited Brooks Biddle several times and I'm always impressed with the exceptional customer service! I bought a car there last year and have been bringing it to the Service Department ever since. They're not like the big dealers that you buy a car from and two days later they don't even remember your name or anything about you. The employees at Biddle really take the time to get to know you and treat you like a friend! Even the owner John Biddle introduced himself the day I bought my Camry and he still remembers who I am!!! That's the reason I'm writing this review and giving them 5 stars! I had an oil change last week and John sat and talked to me for 20 minutes. That's what you get with a family owned and operated business! I definitely recommend everyone to do business at Brooks Biddle!!!
