Great experience. I was in Seattle visiting family and had read the Allure magazine review on Sarah. My hair was about shoulder length and was grown out without any real shape. I told Sarah I wasn't sure what style but that I wanted to cut off a couple of inches and have some texture added. She looked at my hair and told my why she wanted to cut it a certain way based on my face shape. When she finished blow drying, she added texture and styled it. I love how she did my hair. She did a wonderful job and told me which product would be best for my new style. Sarah also showed me the best way to style my hair and how to get it to look great. I appreciated how she showed me little tips about my hair. Truly a great experience.

Excellent experience. Having just recently moved to Seattle.... I was concerned about finding a new hair salon, especially since the same person had been doing my hair for 7 years. A co-worker suggested I try Lisa Power Salon and so I did. Best decision ever!

Michelle is my stylist. She asked the right questions. She listened. She made good suggestions. And I ended up really happy. Excellent haircut... and perfect highlights (just the right color and really natural looking).

I would highly recommend Michelle... and Lisa Power Salon.

Worth the drive, parking, BEST in WA. Lisa is the best, yes it's true. If you have a problem, she can fix it. If you just want a great color, she's your man, your mamma, your girl. Call her, really. Hurry!

Yay Leilia!!!!!!!!!. What can I say about the awesome color I got from Leilia?

First, the job was big - I have dark brown hair and have been 'self-covering' my grays with a box root touchup. This caused my root coverage to be darker than my natural color and over time, the black color started to creep down the rest of my hair, still leaving the ends my natural color. Black on top, brown on bottom.

What a job Leilia had to correct this color...she had to deal with the fact that I needed to match the ends to the rest of my head but go lighter...not darker. Not an easy task.

After just a couple visits of pulling the black out gradually while helping me walk out the door with a better matched top and bottom hair color, I left my recent visit with a color that IS my natural color!!!!!! But better!!!!!

I've never felt more like myself. She found my natural color through the mess I'd created and brought me 'back home'.

Not to mention she's sweet, fun and really cares about how I feel when I walk out the door. She would NEVER let you walk out not feeling 110%.

Ask for Leilia! You'll have fun AND look great!

Finally a 5 Star Salon in Seattle. This salon not only has the friendliest staff, but the service was frist rate. My stylist,Michelle, was very knowable about not only my hair, but my daughter's hair. My color is great and finally my hair is healthy looking. Love the people and this salon.

Artists working with hair. I'm share my joy in having discovered Lisa Power's salon in Queen Anne. After several bad ideas poorly done (color and hair relaxer that I've inflicted upon my hair, can't really blame anyone), I decided to try this salon. I met a customer who wears a vibrant dark red, the type I'd wonder every day how come it's not fading.... and read great reviews, but each experience is subjective. I also knew other stylists whose work is wonderful, so at first I battled skepticism: what can a new one do that I hadn't seen before? I have naturally curly hair and have been trying to grow it for the past 2 decades. Something however intervenes and either I'm exasperated with a pile of thick, un-rully, frizzy mess or I do something by way of color or execution which then requires cutting to get rid of damage. Michelle, a stylist at Lisa Power's, came in at such a time: I walked in with a chin length pile of heavily damaged, poorly colored frizzy mess and begged her to chop it off. She expertly and brilliantly reshaped it, keeping as much length as possible and showing me that there is a great way to grow it without sacrificing the sense of style and proportion. Sometimes a matter of a different angle in the cut, a relatively small adjustment can mean the world of a difference in proportion. Michelle restored a sense of well being: I don't struggle every day trying to style the hair into what it is not, but rather wear a good cut and use products that enhance nature. I look forward to our future appointments, to trying out styles and color. Even though everyone's joy when they meet a talented stylist is a rather subjective and individual find, when so many say the same about the same salon, it's got to be the testimony of a place worth checking. For anyone who thinks that great hair is not a privilege, it's something that can be done by a stylist with a vision and flair. Thank you, Michelle. Monica D.

The.Best.Ever!!. I called for an appointment having been in Seattle only 5 weeks--I found this salon under Seattle MAgazine's Best Of , and that was no exaggeration! Corine "got it" the very first time, and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

She got the color perfect, she got the cut perfect, she listened and followed through. Can't possibly ask for more!

Every person in the salon has been most friendly to this new arrival-- I was made to feel welcome and completely at home right away.

Girls, do not miss this place for excellent styling!

Make the transition to gray!. I started going gray at 17 and at 43, I was really tired of dying my hair dark brown. I decided to take the leap and make the transition to gray. I choose Jeremy Novak at the Lisa Power Salon because I saw a gorgeous gray haired woman - super stylish - working at Nordstrom downtown. She let me know that Jeremy was the best in Seattle for going gray. It has been a 6 month process and every single step of the way, I have received more compliments on my hair than I have in years. Jeremy lightened my hair and gave me the greatest sporty hair cuts. The whole process has been painless and actually fun!

Very Very Pleased. The other day I came to Lisa Powers Salon for my first time...I have to tell you that I was so impressed with this place. It has a very quite and warm atmosphere and none of the crazy "drama" I have witnessed and hated at other salons. I am pretty paranoid with getting my hair cut and I basically told stylest Corinne that I wanted a cut but please don't cut!! :) She was wonderful and cleaned up my long over do for a haircut locks, styled it amazing and I was a very happy camper. Also quite pleasing was the price...very fair. I am already booked to come back in a few weeks for trim and highlights. All in all they have a new client and the old "drama" salon won't see me again.

Love this Salon!!. I wanted to sincerely thank Lisa and Tina as well as the rest of Lisa Power salon staff for one of the most pleasant salon experiences I have ever had. Your salon offers highly trained professionals as well as a warm, comfortable atmosphere, which is surprisingly hard to find these days. As you know, I came in a complete mess, but Tina was able to work wonders. I have received multiple compliments on the dark hair colors Tina used, despite not being able to get the original highlights I was longing for.

I truly appreciated the camaraderie between all the talented stylists and staff at your salon. It is so nice to see people collaborate, especially since my hair color was AWFUL when I came in. Let's face it, salons can be very "catty", but I didn't notice that at all while I was there.



Oh and the lattes! Yummy!! So good and so relaxing :) And the Sea Salt spray is amazing!! Love it!!!
