Very Satisfied

We had 123 do all our company vehicles, so when our own window broke we knew where to go. When we arrived at the shop, Geoff and his crew were courteous and provided different options that were within our budget. The prices were competitive compared to glass stores. The installation was performed timely and all the window was installed with care. A few days after the installation I had a problem with one of the moldings. I went to the store without an appointment and they stopped what they were doing to address the problem. They had the problem fixed in less than 5 minutes. They even spent some extra time to show me some additional features the rain sensor had that I was not aware of. We will definitely be repeat customers and will recommend them to our friends.

Good Service

Had a couple cracks in my windshield and one was getting worse. Called in and they came out to my work and replaced it the next day. Very courteous and efficient. One of the easiest transactions I've ever done! I highly recommend 123 Glass to anyone!

Buyer BEWARE!

Buyer Beware!

Replaced passenger side glass. Did not vacuum glass out of car, left glass inside door, spilled glass onto driveway and did not clean up. Damaged door panel during removal and did not get it back on properly. Would not accept credit card so I paid by check , which was cashed before the end of the day. In addition I never received a receipt for work done.

During next rain, door leaked from behind speaker. I called and asked if he had replaced the vapor barrier in the door. I was told that that wouldn't cause the door to leak and that "I usually don't replace the vapor barrier if they are old or cracked". I was then told it would be repaired the next Friday but never was.

I eventually took the car to Woodinville Sports Car and they found a missing vapor barrier. I paid 2 hours labor to have it replaced and have the door panel installed properly. I have not had a problem since. Although my car does not have side air bags, the mechanic told me that on some newer cars the side air bags may not function properly without a properly installed vapor barrier. Scary thought.

Terrible service, will not return phone calls, has not paid me for my labor

I did work for these guys back in Feb., and it is the end of April now. They collected their money from the customer, but have not paid me. They will Not answer the phones..........How Shameless. Maybe Crackheads?

Honest prices

I was very impressed by not only the quality and timeliness of the service, but by the honesty and integrity this company showed. I had many other quotes but decided to go with this company because they were the lowest. After I had scheduled the service, I had two other companies call me and lower their offer by almost three hundred dollars over their original quotes. I politely declined and informed them I would stay with the company that was respectful to me by giving me an honest quote up-front. Thank you 123 Glass!
