Return?? Exchange?? No way!. Yeah, I have also had problems with returning here. I just wanted to say that you should never buy anyone a gift from here. If you buy the gift and then the party is a few days later your friend will NOT be able to exchange!!!! (exchange period last 5 days) This policy is ridiculous. I do NOT shop here anymore. My experience ruined the whole store for me. Obviously others have had problems too! So please think twice before you buy.

The best place to find fabulous clothes. I love this place! The clothes are fabulous, the prices are so much better than other botiques in town, and the service is wonderful. Tweed is the first place I go when I am looking for an article of clothing, weather it's a new pair of jeans, or a dress for a night out on the town. I heard they are moving around the corner to a bigger location. That means more cool clothes for us to choose from. Yea!

Great Customer Service. Every time I walk in this store the girls remember me by name, We always talk about the up and coming trends, and what I need to be wearing to get noticed at my next fancy event....I have been happy with every single purchase I have made at this boutique, especially when people stop me on the street to ask

Where did you get that? "What else could a girl want" !

Wow, fashion and friendliness. I completely enjoyed this store. Not only can I get great plus size clothes, I bought a wedding gift for a friend. I explained that it may take a little longer if they wanted to return it. Even though my friend loved the necklace I bought her, I was able to keep the reciept and they even put on there it would be ok to exchange longer than the regular return policy because it was a gift. It seems as though they listen and will help out if you need extra time for big purchases like wedding gifts. Great store, great customer service great style!

Bad exchange/return policy. A friend of mine recently bought me a very cute top from Tweed as a birthday present. Unfortunately, this top turned out to be a little too big for me and I wanted to exchange it for something else. However, much to my surprise they have a 5-DAY return/exchange policy, which I have never encountered. I waited 15 days to attempt to exchange it, but could not. I understand a very short return policy, but 5 days for an exchange seems a little stingy of them. Therefore, I want other shoppers to be aware of this exchange policy before buying anything from the shop. Imagine seeing something cute there for a friend and wanting to buy it a week before their birthday. If it doesn?t work out, they will, under no circumstances, be able to exchange it and you will have thrown your money in the garbage. It?s unfortunate that they are so stingy with their return policy. I won?t be back, nor do I imagine my friends will.
