lost and waiting but then.... So I walked in and was greeted by uniformed staff. I was looking for an Ipod dockable boom box and found them ON MY OWN. The staff never ventured away from the front desk. They stood up there and gossiped. ONe worker who wasn't up at the front desk actualy approached me after 10 minutes of standing in place ad was sincerely apologetic, which wouldn't have been an issue if the 5 other staff members did their job and tried to sell merchandise and actually talk to the customers. It was a lack luster experience. I think I will limit any future opportunities to their online website and just rationalize the shipping.…

Mark. Terrible service and really unknowledgeable staff We went lookng for a LCD tv and having done our research online, we have pretty much decided what we wanted. So all it was a matter of the salesperson to ask us how we were going to pay for it.

We walk in and no one was around except for snotty college kids they have appointed as "staff" and some short guy who moves around in a three piece suit looking really important but with nothing to do. We approahced him to find Chris the salesperson we thought would help us but no go. He wanders around and dosent return and when we reapprorach him, he looks as thought he as seen us for the first time

What are these guys sniffing? Result, we bought our $3000+ tv at Best Buy :)…
