The sweetest, most patient and accomdating staff. My girlfriends and I took over Tart on Saturday having our hair blown out and our makeup done. Tracy is so incredibly fun, sweet, personable and of course a phenomenal hair stylist. We had some problems getting our false eyelashes on, but Jami and Tracy allowed us to come back after they took care of their afternoon appointments and fixed up our make up and re-fluffed our hair. They were so EXTREMELY accomdating - and just SO sweet. After all that I'm going to make Tart my permanent salon. LOVE this place - oh and Jami's pet pug is the cutest salon mascot ever!

Elizabeth is awesome!. I have been in to Tart to see Elizabeth several times and I am always impressed by her sweetness, professionalism, and technical skill. I look forward to going to see Liz and she absolutely makes my day every time!

I Love my Balayage. Since I've moved here from L.A., I have been searching for a salon that will highlight my hair using the Balayage style...It has been a frustrating search until now! A friend mentioned her stylist at TART named Tracy. I have to tell you, I was a little worried when I first pulled up, because you don't see a salon. I walked into the building and down a hallway but once I walked in the salon it was GREAT, the music was fantastic, nothing mainstream, the decor is very European, airy and bright. Tracy was great! Very personable and friendly which helped me relax. Turns out she Balayaged many of her clients when she worked in L.A. but says it's not in demand here yet...Well I demand it and my hair looks beautiful!!! Thank you Tracy! I'll be back with all my friends in tow.

Jill is WONDERFUL!!!!. What a great, upbeat and positive salon!! It is decorated so cute and not a big crowded place like most salons. I saw Jill when I was there and she is just the BEST!! She can do anything and makes sure it is just what you want. She takes the time to make sure she is doing just what is right for you and what you need. No pressure on sales or services and Jill is just a nice person!! I would recommend her to anyone and I will go back again and again!!!!

Great salon, great price, great people. I have been going to Jami for about four years now and she is nothing short than amazing. Not only is she great at cuts and styles, she is fantastic at color too. It is great to have a one-stop-shop hair dresser extraordinaire. Every hair style she gives me, I always get compliments ? from red, to blonde highlights to natural ? Jami simply makes you look wonderful.

And the other hair dresser in the salon are so nice and clearly do great work. If Jami were to be unavailable, I would not hesitate to book with one of them. It is nice to have hair back up!

The hair products and cosmetics should not go unmentioned. The cosmetics are high quality and unique. The hair products are a good value and great for hair.

I loves me some Tart!

All hail the amazing Jami!. I have been a devout follower of the cult of Jami for almost three years now, and I am constantly providing recommendations, as I am constantly receiving compliments! Jami is unbelieveably talented. From the simplest request to the most complex trend in both cut and color, she is able to not only meet but exceed my expectations every time. In addition, she is an excellent instructor on products and techniques to ensure that you are able to achieve your style at home. Everyone that I have recommended to Jami has been converted after just one visit - she really is that amazing.

Heather is a hair guru!. She has changed my life! I was always afraid to break out of my shell and try something new. TRACY RIOS WILL MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE A STAR!!!. if you want to have a model or star look, YOU NEED TO GO SEE TRACY. she used to work in Brentwood, in Hollywood, California and do hair for the stars. she is AMAZING. the best thing about tracy is she is the sweetest person on the earth! I'm seriously not joking. if you fear judgemental hairstylists that give you weird looks and attitude, THEN YOU NEED TO GO TO HER, TOUTE SUITE. you will get the star treatement. her coloring and cuts are top notch, her styles are beautiful to cutting edge to classy! She can help you look your best! i honestly think she is the best stylist in town WITHOUT ALL THE ATTITUDE<<when does that ever happen!!! you know what i mean, you walk in to a salon, any salon, pick one and everyone gives you the once over judging you, sizing you up, making you feel on display or like crappp! TRUST ME YOU WILL BE FREE FROM THIS TREATMENT WITH HER. she's a goddess and will make you look truly naturally great! To cute, to fun. This was a fabulous experience...I had no idea there was a salon located in this location...I walked down these stairs through quiet hallways when I hear bass rythums. Bass then turns into clear funky music as I walk through the doors of "Tart". Fun atmosphere with local artwork and friendly staff. Today, Jami made me look fabulous and we even played with the makeup. I never wear makeup but you know, you get your hair done and you just like playing with the look and we had fun with it. I had told Jamie that I like the el natural look and she found shades and cosmetics that worked real well for me (and I thank her). All the girls are so nice and I felt very "at home" with my glass of wine. I know Im just a customer but thank you Jami and Tart for the good times and I'll see you soon!

Amazing hair cut and color, relaxed vibe, great prices. I got my hair cut and colored today by Jami then went to work. Every single person I have seen has complimented me on how great my hair looks. I came a little early and she was happy to get me started before my appointment time. Jami was fun and relaxed to spend my time with, even giving me very low key styling tips. When I went to check out, I was pleasantly surprised by the price. Overall, a wonderful experience. In the few weeks since I have been there, I still receive compliments and my hair is very easy to style. It is growing out great. I will be back.
