Manages a lot of properties. PAC, especially it's top manager, can be very difficult to work with. When I used to live there, maintenance requests took forever. I heard they are involved in multiple legal disputes. Not recommended.
Pros: Lots of choices
Cons: Illegal renting practices. Incompetent repairmen and manager
