UNETHICAL business. Take your business elsewhere.

Electrician from Out Today came by the home Saturday. Claimed that we needed a new electrical panel. When asked the cost, his comment "Will cost you thousands". Asked for a firm number, he would not give us one. He also claimed that our panel would not pass inspections.

Two days later, we now have a new electrician. 2 hours later, no new electrical panel needed, cost was not "thousands of dollars" but $100.

Chris N./Out Today- you are a liar & an unethical electrician. Look elsewhere- do not use this company.

He did a free inspection of my furnace.. Robert came to fix an electric problem and told me about the other services his company offers. He did a free inspection of my furnace. I decided to replace both the furnace and water heater.

The visit was informative. Inspection of furnace, cleaned burners, checked system, recommended replacement of furnace, showed me the problem areas. The visit was informative. I was told how the furnace should work, and how my furnace was leaking exhaust and other problems. It went well.

We are very happy with their service.. We used OutToday. Com Plumbing, Heating & Electrical for furnace tune-up. The work included changing filter, clean-up and so forth. He was prompt and on time. We got a 40% discount special deal from Angie’s List for furnace tune-up. The person I dealt with seemed to know what he was doing. He came over and did the work. He checked two furnaces and maintained professionalism throughout. He was very pleasant. The price was good too. We have never had any problems with them. We are very happy with their service.

Robert did an amazing job. Robert Alexander did an amazing job and I will definitely call him again for service. He serviced and cleaned furnace. Educational overview. Also went above and beyond expectations and did more than required. Help install door opening properly.

impressed. The estimator who came out to evaluate the job took a lot of time to answer all of our questions. He was very thorough and professional. We were really impressed with him. We had to have LED lights installed in the ceiling, and he mentioned that there could be a problem with the existing cans. But it tuns out the technician who came out did not have to carve holes at all. So, they installed four new can lights, and everything turned out perfect. The electrician was quick and professional. He would actually hold a cardboard box in one hand so he could catch shavings as he cut with his other hand. He was very conscientious about not making a mess. We were pretty impressed.

The technician stayed late. Our experience with Out Today was wonderful. I had no trouble getting the furnace in. The technician stayed late and returned even the next day to make sure everything was working. They were very good.

The service tech arrived on time. The service tech arrived on time and performed the services expected. I would give this company A ratings except for one very annoying thing: The tech not only put his company's sticker on the furnace, but he put one on the hot water tank, which was not part of the service, and one on the electrical panel, which was also not part of the service. If you don't have any problems with large advertising stickers that are difficult to remove placed on your home, then you will probably be happy with this company. I'm not. And I won't use them again.
