I have worked in customer service for long enough to know when someone is being rude on purpose and i have found that just about every timei have gone in here - someone is rude to me. Hopefully they will wise up, get some secret shoppers and get a new staff. The location is great, but i'd rather waste the gas and go to a different location -

I tried to use a coupon and they said it was not good for their location even though their address was printed on it! They had very high pressure sales for a better package and expensive lotions. NOT an enjoyable experience since I endured all that info being delivered with some serious attitude! ! No thank you!
