I was extremely disappointed with Alpine Animal Hospital. Our cat had a bladder failure, and was treated at Alpine for 3 days with little improvement. We later transferred him to a different hospital where we found that a urine test, a bladder ultra sound, and draining of the bladder would have allowed them to accurately and effectively treat our cat. Those simple tests and procedures were NOT done at Alpine, instead they proceeded to inject him with expensive medication that cost us $2100 for 3 nights. I felt that basic test would have alleviated his condition sooner and eliminated the need for so many medications. Additionally, they failed to call when they said they would and were vague about their treatment. I felt that the hospital and the staff were very unprofessional with poor communication and treatment of our pet.
