I wasn't real impressed by this place at all. I ordered a shrimp dish, and some of the shrimp seemed rubbery, and I found one I thought was rotten. The dim sum is pretty good, and my daughter was very disapointed with the shave ice. The prices are up there, and the service could be a lot better

The manager, is actually the owner. Her name is Juliana and she is going out of business in a few days. Hmm, I wonder why??? Maybe it's because of her crappy attitude. She made assumptions about my family and then would not listen to what our preferences were. Instead she MADE us try other dishes. There is no doubt in my mind the owner/landlord of the building wanted her OUT! If you want good Chinese food without the attitude or hassle of the manager go to Sea Garden, Yea's Wok, or Top Gun (in Factoria).

This restaurant does look nice and elegant. However, our plan to enjoy a dim-sum here was ruined by extremely slow service; terrible food, which is cold; and worst of all, the manager was very arrogant and rude, It is ok that the food is not that great, but I have NEVER seen a restaurant treated its customers in this HORRIBLE way! She even shouted at us, yelled histerically aross the hall, just because we first urged the food preparation, which is extremely low (more than 30 minutes after we ordered); and later we asked why the food was not hot enough??????... We will NEVER go back to this place EVER!!! the manager was very rude. One of our dishes even had rotten shrimp in it! Give me a break. Do yourself a favor, and STAY AWAY from this restaurant, don??????t even CONSIDER. You??????re in the Seattle area, there are tons of other dim-sum places.
