Kirkland >Massage Envy
Great Therapists. I had a very good massage here! Todd was great and I highly recommend Massage Envy in Kirkland.
The Best Massage of my life!.
I received a gift card for a massage at my bridal shower -- just exactly what I needed after the stress of planning my wedding. :)
I showed up expecting a relaxing massage to work some kinks out of my back, and what I got was just heavenly.
For just $39 for my first massage there, Kirkland Massage Envy took the time to find out what kind of massage I needed, scheduled me with a great, very experienced therapist who seemed to know exactly what to do to help me. They are even open late so I could come in after my long day of commitments.
They offered aroma therapy, which I did not get this time, but now I want to try it when I go back. I think I saw that they had "rosemary mint" aroma as one of the choices -- mmmmmmm ... sounds amazing.
I will definitely be back -- and maybe make it my monthly habit! This gift belonged on the registry!
Awful do not go there. Do not set foot in this place it is terrible the worst place for a massage I have ever been. The staff are horrid the franchise owner Justine is rude. Basically do not waste your money going to this place
Great deep tissue massage. I love the Therapists at Massage Envy in Kirkland. My neck and upper back need lots of work and I get deep tissue massage on a regular basis. The front desk is helpful to find the right therapists for me.
My husband and I decided to sign up for a membership at Massage Envy after a couple of friends recommended this franchise. I have had many massages over the years and consider myself to be relatively picky.
Regarding this particular franchise, I feel like you get what you pay for. I have seen 4 different therapists and have liked two out of the four. Selena and Alyssa gave me a great massage. Alyssa was snotty to me because we were a few minutes late (even though we called to let them know), and she made sure that my massage was cut short due to my tardiness. However, she did give me a good massage with the perfect amount of pressure. I have heard that Brandi gives a great massage as well. My husband really likes Jennifer.
Depending on the time of day it can get a bit noisy. You can hear everything that goes on at the reception desk through the paper thin walls. I do like the heated beds and the music is usually relaxing. The low lighting is also nice. Making an appt has never been an issue.
It's no Gene Juarez; however I am happy with my membership as long as I get the right therapist.
Oh My God - What a waste of my $39 bucks. I get massage all over town just for the fun of it. Went into this place and got a massage from some young kid who just had not a clue. No connection, no warmth, no interpersonal skills, and most importantly NO MASSAGE SKILLS. I was swathed in oil and there was zero pressure although I explicityly asked for deep tissue massage. And to seal this completely unsatisfying experience, when I came out they handed me a FEEDBACK card. Get this - all the questions were about how often would I like to get massage and do I get it as often as I would like, not a single question about the massage or my client expereince. Horrible horrible. There is no love here. Unless you are really cheap, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else - anywhere.
