Sterling Savings Bank SUCKS! Worse than the BIG banks!.
I was a Sterling banking customer for over 5 years. They tout themselves as being a small town bank, but I have NEVER got so many "That is NOT my department" answers!
There is no one that can make a decision in the whole bank! Their on line banking is a JOKE!
I have no idea how they got bailed out...I can't imagine Sterling Savings Bank will be around for too long with the terrible customer service they have.
