Best Mexican food in Seattle.
If you think you know Mexican food, do yourself a favor and stop by El Rinconsito. This is the real deal. It's great for lunch, but even better late into the night. They're open to 3am so when the bars close, head on over and grab a adobada militas and some lengua tacos. You'll thank me.

Authentic "Mexican" Food.
The cuisine here is reminiscent of crossing over the border to have lunch. For being this far north, the authenticity of the food is suprising. They cover it all - lingua, barbacoa/cabeza, puerco, pollo and just plain carne asada. I often get it to go because, well... that's how I would get it when visiting Mexico. Don't expect cheese, sour cream or flour tortillas. That's more fo the "Text-Mex" cuisine - check Wikipedia for that definition. You may want to brush up on your Spanish to cut through the language barrier you're likely to run into. That is a certain clue on the authenticity of the food. Service was a bit slow and well worth the wait.
