From the moment you sit down you will be confident knowing they are very educated and know that they are giving you the best advise on weather or not extensions would be right for each individual. I recently got a Brazilian Blowout and a color treatment for my hair at Mermaid Hair Extensions, and I can't tell you how many compliments I've received in the last week! My hair is very smooth and shiny. The ladies at Mermaid are very professional and very personable as well - time flew by during my appointment... they clearly know what they are doing. The salon was PACKED - (I was the only newbie - everyone else was a repeat client) and I think this is a true testament to their talents. the other gals were getting extensions and it was really fun to see their results.
