In Short – Booths equipped with tabletop fondue pots are clustered together inside the intimate dining room. Start with a cheese fondue, including an assortment of breads, veggies and fruits for dipping. Entrees include lobster, center-cut filet, fish, chicken and vegetarian selections served with a variety of dipping sauces. For dessert, try the flaming turtle, a mix of chocolate and caramel flambéed tableside, served with nut-covered marshmallows, fresh fruit, pound cake, brownies and cheesecake.
Horrific Service

It was the worst dining experience ever. We went to the restaurant, wanting to get a chocolate fondue for tea. What upset us the most is the horrific service of the waiter. While we were waiting for our chocolate fondue to heat up, we wanted to ask our server for some more water. We politely waved at the server and waited. When he came, he didn't say a word, but IMMEDIATELY shut off the hot plate and handed us our check. Obviously, our plate our dessert was full because we haven't even started eating. I cannot understand how he would think that we were done with our meal when the plate of dessert was still full. We told our server that we were not done with our meal and we wanted some more water. He said OK and went to get it, in a quite abrupt and impatient manner, without evening apologizing for shutting off our hot plate and hurrying us to pay the bill. During the entire meal, he did not even care to come by and ask us if everything is OK. The food is OK, but with such unprofessional service, I would definitely not recommend anyone going to this Melting_Pot in Bellevue. If you crave for a meal at the Melting_Pot, go to the one in Seattle instead.
- Pros: absolutly NONE
- Cons: Unprofessional and Rude Waiter
Long wait despite reservation. Unappreciative and unhelpful Maitre D' and manager. Good for drinks and deserts though.

We often go here for the bar, and actually love the drinks and deserts, so we decided to take mom out here for her birthday and finally check out the restaurant. Unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. We were really trying to enjoy the experience as well, but after waiting to be seated for 40 minutes despite our reservation, and another 30 minutes for the waiter to actually take our order, we were simply annoyed. Mind you, this was on a Tuesday - I cannot imagine how bad it would be during the weekends. We were not impressed with the way they handle customer service either; the supervisor was completely unhelpful and nonchalant when we voiced our frustration. Food was Ok once it arrived, but I'd say you're only paying triple digits for the fondue experience itself really, not for the food. And if it takes this long to actually get seated and get to see your waiter, on top of an unappreciative Maitre D' and manager that do not value your business, I'd say they miserably fail on the experience front.
- Pros: Good for deserts and drinks in the bar only.
- Cons: Long wait despite reservation. Unappreciative Maitre D' and supervisor
Great dessert!

When my boyfriend and I went here for the first time, we had their three course meal (cheese fondue, main dish fondue, and dessert fondue) plus a salad. The Fiesta Cheese fondue was just "eh" and the main dish wasn't that great either. We were basically cooking our own food, but paying the $20+ that we were paying for it. For dessert, we got the Flaming Turtle (?) fondue and it was DELICIOUS! I was already stuffed after everything else, but I somehow found room to fit dessert in my stomach. I went back a few months after that with some friends and we had their spinach cheese fondue that was pretty good and a plain dark chocolate fondue that was, again, amazing. My recommendation? Come here for the dessert, not the main dish. The cheese fondue is okay, but dessert is much much better :P~. It's a VERY romantic atmosphere, but don't expect to get in and out quickly. This is a great place for dates :).
- Pros: Romantic atmosphere, Dessert
- Cons: Long dinner (especially if you do the 3-course meal!), reservations needed
