I love Direct TV, but would not ever recommend them do to their relationship with this company. I had a problem with a tech. called to reschdule and they sent the same guy out. He was so rude and on site for under 5 minutes before he "assested" he could hook up my HDTV service.
I'm now going on 3 weeks with no service do to response time and lack of customer service skills. I called directly , got no answer, and when I tried to leave a message the mail box isn't activated. I verified this 3 times. Rediculious
