They never came back!. I wasn't sure at first if I would write a review for these guys. A coworker has used them for years and highly recommended them- seemed like a sure thing. I called them becuase we have a leak in our bathroom wall. The next appointment they could give me was over a week from my first call, but I figured that they were busy because they were so good. The guy showed up on time and was very friendly and professional, but to my surprise he didn't actually fix anything. Instead he looked at the issue and told me that I had a leak (which we knew!). After 15 minutes he said that he would write up a bid (he guessed about $700) and send it to me two days later. I never heard from anyone there again and never recieved the bid. It's now two months later and we're going to fix this ourselves rather than trust these people to come back. This was my first call to a plumber- so this may be typical- I'm not sure.
