Northwest Face

Fabulous experience from beginning to end!. I had an amazing experience at NW Face. After being referred by a person who worked there for a consultation, I went to the Kirkland office at Carillon Point. I was a little bit nervous, but the staff was friendly and warm from the beginning. My appointment was with Dr. Allegra for a breast lift and augmentation. Kristi was also in the room with me and was so helpful throughout the whole process.

Dr. Allegra was very professional, realistic, and comforting about the whole process. He was thorough in his explanation of the procedure, as well as the risks and complications that could happen. He didn't pressure me to schedule, which I really liked.

Kristi was especially amazing throughout the process. She shared her own personal experiences, which meant a lot to me. She responded to dozens of emails from me and helped me come to my decision. The assistance didn't stop after booking the appointment. She continued to support me, and seemed genuinely interested in my outcome. I felt so much love and support from her. Kristi is fabulous!

The procedure itself went smoothly and I was happy with the outcome. I had my surgery at the Seattle location, and I felt just as comfortable there as I was in the Kirkland office.

I'm so happy that I decided to do the procedure. I'm also extremely pleased with my choice in Dr. Allegra, as well as NW Face as a whole. I would highly recommend them to friends, coworkers, and anyone looking to have any work done. You will be happy and pleased with your entire experience!…

Great place. This is the place to go for QUALIFIED medical help. They are so helpful! From appointment reminders via e-mail and a website that has info on it. I just LOVE Dr. Voss! SHe fixed my skin problems and offered something else too. And Carillon Point is great to visit. I highly recommend it.…

Scheduling problems. I had an appt. at Dr. Voss' Seattle NW Face location at 8 am. A couple of days before the appt., I received a confirmation call stating that the appt. was at 8 am. When I arrived at my appt., the receptionist said that my appt. had been at 7:45 am and I had missed it.

In trying to understand what happened, I asked whether she meant that I was to have been there 15 minutes early for my 8 am appt. (because no one had mentioned being early), whereupon the receptionist became acidly condescending, shouting, "YOU did not HAVE an 8 am appt.! YOU had a 7:45 appt.! The doctor cannot SEE you NOW because you are LATE! You will have to reSCHEDule!!"

It was the weirdest thing because even if I had indeed missed an appt., it's not common or necessary for a receptionist to be rude and aggressivie in that type of situation. Further, I'm certain it was NW Face's error. In summary, NW Face has two problems--inaccurate scheduling and an unstable receptionist. Rude Staff/ Multiple Cancelled Appointment. I can't really comment on the expertise of the services, since my problem is actually getting them to honor appointments. The first time I tried booking an appt I was taken aback by how rude the receptionist was. After waiting 3 weeks for an appt that fit my schedule, the office called me a few hours before the appt to say there was an emergency and they had to reschedule. We picked another day, and when I showed up, after taking more time off work and driving 40 minutes, the receptionist told me that I had no appointment that day. She told me that provider didn't even work on that day. Then when she looked up my account, she claimed it showed I had cancelled the appointment, and then went on to say it was impossible I even had that appointment because the provider didn't work on Fridays. Only after I turned down the offer for another appointment did she say a very lame "I'm sorry" and went back to work.

I felt totally disrespected. This clinic was a complete waste of my time!!!!!!!…
