OLYMPUS IN LYNNWOOD ROCKS !!!!!!!
by Shannon is blonde at Citysearch
I have been going to Olympus, first the one in Tacoma and now the one in Lynnwood since they opened. It is the best spa I have ever been to including the expensive ones in Las Vegas ! They are the Best value and cleanest and best food of any of them!
I read another review about Deborah and I am shocked! She has been the manager for years and is the nicest ,warmest person ever!! Clearly this person was having a bad day! Deborah is always professional and super hard working... She has a hard job and maybe this person really doesnt know what she is dealing with ... I think she is jumping to some wrong conclusions! I have been to Olympus HUNDREDS of times and have always been treated kindly and generously ... I am in the beauty business as well and truly understand how difficult it must be to run this huge place! OLYMPUS ROCKS!! go yourself and check it out !! you will be very glad you did!!
not too shabby for a day spa

So, I've been hearing all sorts of things about this spa including the free entry on your birthday, and I decided to wait for my birthday to check out the place out and save myself $35. I had a little hard time finding the spa and got a little lost along the way, but shortly found my way after calling for directions. As soon as I got there, I walked in and saw it was a little busy in the lobby area. I waited to check in and as I was waiting, one of the receptionist or maybe she was the manager (she was a little older with a heavy accent than the girls in the front) asked if anybody was there for the first time. I raised my hand letting them know that I was there for the first time and she told me that they would take me on a tour of the spa since they were taking other ladies. Being a little confused, she told me to take my shoes off, and as I did I followed the lady along with other two ladies that were there for the first time. She had a strong accent, but it didn't stop me from understanding her and through out the tour, I found her very kind and even humorous and comfortable like i made the right choice in going in the first place. Although I didn't catch her name, I felt very at ease and even ended up signing up for a service. She was very helpful and made my first experience at the spa wonderful! I'm looking forward to my next trip at the korean day spa!

I came in and this lady gave me a tour...I couldnt understand what she was saying the whole time...She was extremely rude to me when i would ask questions...She came in yelling in the pool area for people to be quiet...After my experience i had asked to speak the a manager and she claimed she was the manager....One of the receptionists was fighting with her while i was in the waiting room area as Deborah kept yelling at her and the gal was crying.Overall PSYCHO experience. DO NOT GO HERE!
lotion to die for

I have loved Olympus spa and have had great scrubs!!!!!!! and wraps!!!!! But this last time, after I had gotten quite relaxed with a scrub early in the day and the a facial later at 4 pm. I started feeling not myself. I had appointment to get to, but was able to get to my firends house before the appointment and take a showertp get the creams off myself because I felt so bad. I felt like someone had beat me up and my skin was on fire. I took 2 Benadryl and still had a raging headache which I had not had before. I was in for the night crying and did not make my appointment. The facial had put more than 7 different creams on me. I don't know which one could of given me such a reaction. I even had welts on my scalp where lotion was rubbed in. The next day I contacted the manager of Olympus and she was only able to say she was sorry that this happened. It ruined my appointment, made me not feel relaxed, and scared me and my friends due to this disapointing/scary relaxing day I had come for.
