I've been going to the one in Kent for 3 months now and I love it, the jacuzzi is an added plus, and the price couldnt be better. If you wanna feel great and get fit, this is the place to go. And the staff are very friendly and helpfull.…
Great Place!. I mainly joined this gym because I tried out their Zumba class and just fell in love with it! You do have to pay extra for the zumba but it's worth it! I also like the low monthly fee and the fact that you don't have to sign up for a year. The gym has a more intimate setting and I like that their equipment is modern and you can plug in your ipod or tune into the tv screens on the excercise equipment. The staff always seems friendly too!…
Will recommend going Elsewhere to Everyone. Fake people, old out of date equipment, and if you work there don't expect to ever get a break or run across a good personality! Thank God I don't work there anymore :)
Quite possibly the best gym I have ever been to!.
For a long time, I had been trying to get back into working out. However, my biggest two issues were the fact that it was costly to get into a gym and that I hated the atmosphere of having nobody who
could help me work out. Kent Vision Quest took care of both those issues.
First off, the gym is quite affordable for a college student such as myself, who doesn't have a whole lot of money. Consultants Hayden and Aaron helped me to sign the contract and went on to let me know about the benefits. One of which is that you get 2 free personal training sessions upon first signing up, and then one training session a month thereafter. For the price of the membership, that's pretty dang good!
This leads me to the second reason taken care of: my trainer Robert is quite possibly the most professional trainer I have ever worked with. He puts me through some extremely tough workouts, but that's only because I ask for it (and because I am a mainstay in the gym's Biggest Loser competition). I have seen him with his other clients, and he knows just how far to push them in their workouts.
One last reason: the staff. Every time I step in, I feel welcomed! From the front desk people, to the receptionist for the on-site chiropractor, to the General Manager, Assistant Manager, Fitness Consultants, Fitness Director, and Personal Trainers, all of them know my name and greet me by it! It's apparently gotten to the point where they begin to notice when I am NOT there. When I do come, all of them greet me with enthusiasm, and even come give me a quick high-five or even a hug in some cases. This is the most energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable staff I have had the pleasure of working with!
All things said, this is the best gym I have ever been to. Granted it's a little small, but that's OK with me, because it feels more like family. It is quite a drive from where I live (I live in Issaquah), but it's totally worth it for me, especially when I know the buses I need to take to get there :)…
HORRIBLE!. I wish I could give no stars at all. I totally agree with WhitneyMSmith. The place is horrible for multiple reasons. Most of all the horrible service. it might be cheap, but totally not worth it. To top it all off, I fulfilled my contract and cacelled it. I gave 58 days notice (only needed 30), but they wouldn't honor it. So, I paid the extra month; however, that month came and went I I was charged again. Now I am waiting to the manager to call back...which they probably won't...they never do. Lets just say I have the BBB website open and I am ready to make an official complaint. I am a calm, reasonable person, but they have gone too far.…
