Best Preowned Auto Buying Experience Ever. The guys at Cottage Motors provided the best pre-owned auto buying experience to date. Recently spent a week in WA state shopping used BMW's for my mother. After getting the runaround at the new and used car lots, we ended up at Cottage Motors in Woodinville, WA.

Purchased a low mileage BMW for under book value. Pointed out a few minor issues I wanted fixed prior to purchase and they were taken care of the next day.

Go see Peter, Paul, and Gary at Cottage Motors. You wont be disappointed.

very easy to work with.. Had been looking for a car for my son and found the one that he wanted a GTI 337 only 1500 made in 02 in the usa. The guys at Cottage Lake Motors are great to work with, easy, no pressure, they want you to make the right purchase. I was able to take the car to have it inspected by my mechanic and they agreed to rectify any issues that I had. In any car deal you need to do your research and ask the questions know what you are buying. All and all I would recommend Peter and his crew. It was very nice to get to know you guys keep up the good work!!!!

Good Service. Just bought a used suv. I had done lots of online shopping, Kelly Blue Book browsing, etc and found an suv I liked here. But unlike other dealerships, the negotiating was very easy, not aggressive, and actually very fun. These gauys made the experience a great one.

Outstanding Service. The Cottage Lake team was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we comfortable with our purchase. This was our first used car buying experience (we had always bought new) and it was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We love our car and will absolutley go back not just for another car, but for service.

I have been buying from Peter and Paul for 8 Years. Since 2002 I have been buying Volkswagens (and one Nissan) from Cottage Lake Motors. I have only been caught off guard once on a car, but that is because it was on consignment.

These guys have been very flexible on price, paying off my trades and selling me product that is reliable for daily driving. If you are into European "affordable" cars you need to go see Cottage Lake Motors.

Good cars and great cutomer service. I was having a tough time finding a good used car. Pushy salesmen added to my worry. But not any more, once I reached Cottage Lake Motors. Peter and Paul here were very friendly. I was given ample time to see and test drive the car. I was given full details of the work done to the car along with few helpful and practical tips.

The car buying experience with Cottage Lake motors was as transparent and easiest as any customer would want it to be. Good cars, at good prices and great customer service, what else a used car customer looks for and you get exactly that at Cottage Lake Motors. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good used car.

No Pressure, Excellent Service. The first thing that comes to my mind when I think of a used car lot is "pressure". Not so at Cottage Lake Motors! I had driven by and saw some cars worth looking at and I was allowed to do just that, without having a sales rep focused on the dollar sign above my head following me around. I was greeted friendly and felt respected with the offer to look around and if I had questions or wanted to test drive a car, "let us know". Seriously? My experience has always been that used cars sales personnel are like flies! I ended up test driving several cars that I liked and bought the one I loved! They had no problem with me taking the car to my own mechanic for a thorough look over prior to my purchasing and it passed with 2 thumbs up! I am definitely passing the word about them to my friends!

Steer clear- dishonest. Cottage Lake Motors has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau and they deserve it, I only wish I had known before purchasing a lemon from them. The sales team and owner lied about the work done to the car and let me drive off the lot in a car that has been determined unsafe to drive. After speaking with the Better Business Bureau I learned that they have a track record of unwillingness to resolve claims and dishonest business practice. Steer clear!!

Friendliest Used Car Dealer. A very friendly place with no high pressure sales. They represent their cars accurately and do their best to make the customer happy.
