poor service. I had a very negative experience here today. The doctor is good and nice, but the service is totally bad. Non-smile service; refuse to help. The receptionist is a rude lady with no patient. I decide not to go there anymore.

Best Optical l and Eyeglass Store. I went to Paris Miki in the Crossroads Mall in Bellevue for an eye exam and glasses. I found their customer service was excellent and the staff was professional and went well beyond my expectations. Dr. Kristine Jacob provided a thorough eye exam and discovered a previously unknown problem.

I highly recommend Paris Miki.
