Rock Roofing got my business out of the 8 companies I contacted. They were most prompt with calling me back and getting me an estimate. I also considered their history in the industry, that they don't ask for payment until they are finished with the work, also after meeting them and talking through e-mail I could tell how important customer service is to them as well as the pride they have in their work, and the bid was fair as well. I am very happy with the finished product and they even left no trace behind when they were done except for my new roof. The GM coming by the next day to inspect the work was an impressive part of their service as well. I can highly recommend Rock Roofing to anyone.

We dealt mostly with the owner and he was very honest. He was forthcoming in his answers and we had a lot of questions. We interviews five or six companies and he was the only one that looked up on the roof. He was the only one who noticed that we had two skylights and that they were of two different sizes. Nobody else noticed that. He was very straightforward and we liked that very much about him. He was a straight shooter. He was able to lead on the crew that was here. They were very good. They cleaned up every single day when they were done and they were extremely polite. They seemed to have done very good work. We were watching very carefully as to what they were doing. They quality of their work has been good so far. There has not been any leak or problem so far. We have already recommended them to the people in this area.

I emailed Rock Roofing about a leak in our roof and got a call back just fifteen minutes later. They were able to come out the next day and discovered that it was an easy fix. The repairman did the necessary work and and double checked everything for any other problems.

Rock Roofing replaced my roof and some rotten sheathing. Their salesman was friendly and informative, and they listened to my needs without being pushy. Once I chose them, I was pleased to see them showing up on time and getting the work done on schedule. The roofers were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves every day. My new roof is looking great and everything was done as promised. I highly recommend Rock Roofing.

When they came to measure, Scott was quick, thorough and courteous. His bid was very competitive. We received several recommendations for this company and they turned out to be great, now I will be doing the recommending.
