Good American style Chinese food

Honestly, They're serving American style Chinese food.What I mean by American style- General Tso's CK, Sweet n Sour Pork, Kung Pao CK etc. I was grew up in southern China, n I've a different standard to evaluate good Chinese Food. Be realistic, I like the honey spare ribs(golden brown deep fried spare rib with a little honey sweetness n fried garlic), green beans with black bean sauce/spicy, Honey walnut pawns(yup, i like it), Crab Rangoon(Fresh, but a little bit too much calories with the cream cheese), sizzling Beef plate(oyster sauce marinate beef, stir fried with green/red pepper, black pepper, green onion, like Mongolian beef but not sweet- over the hot plate, smells really really good). My American friend likes the Happy Family meal - stir fried celery, green/red pepper, white onion, water chesnut, beef, chicken, pork, broccoli, with oyster sauce, perhaps black pepper too?- I didn't taste this one cuz I am in love with my green beans and walnut pawns.) The kitchen has big noise, a minus, the drink- don't expect a restaurant without bartender knows how long they should keep an open wine, order beer, sherry temple, sake, something that doesn't require bartender knowledge. Nice decoration, polite server- but when she is not busy. Will give a plus because all the food came at once(entree), of course, appetizer comes first. they use the very big tray, and stands to deliver all entree at once- which you will only expect it happens at upscale restaurant. Another minus: No flow air, what i means is there is big strong food smell flow from the kitchen, and the table next to us, to our table. If you are a vegetarian, would not be happy about this. Will come back if we visit the area again. Overall, good, depends what is your standard: Traditional Chinese food? or American style Chinese food? Oh, someone was complaining their food price has increased about 15%, Hey, the gas price increase more than 50% n +,their food was very cheap before. 5.95 - 10.95 per lunch
