Terrible customer service! We've been
long-time customers & have kept making excuses for the owner's terrible attitude because the sushi is really good. But three strikes & you're out!! I'd rather drive down the plateau to Redmond or Issaquah to get so-so sushi with fantastic customer service. The owner is rude, unkind & egotistical.
Three strikes, they're out!.
It's really the only teriyaki place in that neighborhood, and it seems like they know it. The last three times I've gone there the service has been lackluster and slow. The first couple times I thought it was a fluke, but now I'm pretty sure it's that way all the time. Today it took them 19 minutes to make my food, and when I got it they told me that they had to leave some ingredients out of my dishes and pulled a one dollar bill out of the register, put it in my hand, and walked away. Nearly twenty minutes to get a to-go order that wasn't even complete? Last time for me.
