Save yourself time and agony. Worst experience of my life. Non English speaking workers who do not understand requirements. Went in for eyebrow waxing with an appointment and still had to wait for 15 minutes. They have no regard for time. This happened every time. So far service had been okay, except today she waxed half my eye brow off despite mentioning that I wanted thick brows. After complaining she kept on mentioning it is fine. I was furious and on my way out I was told not to come back ever again. This is just absurd. Instead of accepting mistake they are just bunch of arrogant workers who do not have ethical values. I would never go there again. Save your self agony and time.
