informational post. Hi!

I am Chris Washko, the new owner of La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries Seattle. My wife (Lisa) and I purchased the La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries operation with showrooms in; Tukwila, Lynnwood, Tacoma and Silverdale, WA. After having had more than 30 years of successful business experience, we are excited to own another La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries business. We previously operated one of the Top ten (10) La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries operations in CO. To improve the consumer experience, we are renovating the showrooms, re-merchandising with the newest La-Z-Boy styles, adding new associates and creating a totally fun place to shop. Since relocating to Renton, WA we are looking forward to making a positive impact in the Puget Sound area. I have just been elected to the Western Washington, OR & AK Better Business Bureau Board (BBB). Lisa and I are excited to once again represent one of the best consumer brands that is made in the USA. buyer beware. My husband and I saved over $300 dollars by walking away. We intended to purchase a sectional for our family room and were quoted various prices. When we asked for an itemized quote for the sectional pieces, the sale representative said she couldn't provide that until the purchase was done and an invoice was generated. What??? She then proceeded to double talk once we questioned the breakdown of the pricing. After she felt our hesitance, she then brought up something called a gold ticket to off set some of the fees. By then we were ready go and I couldn't be happier.

To make a long story short. My advise would be to be very careful when purchasing anything from this location, bring a calculator, paper and get everything in writing. My experience with this location has actually left a sour taste in my mouth for any La-Z-Boy products and have looked into other brands.
