REAL Mexican Food!

This is the ONLY place I've found in Seattle that serves REAL Mexican food (other than a taco truck). Turns out the original restaurant is in San Antonio and has been there for a long time. This one opened near Pioneer Square last year but we finally just went to try it out on Sunday night and had a great dinner.

There were seven of us and the consensus was GREAT, authentic Mexican food. Homemade tortilla chips, salsa that can only be descibed as "magic", true mole sauce, several entrees that no one had even heard of let alone ever eaten and everything was CHEAP.

The dinner entrees were 9.95. In Seattle? For dinner? We'll be back. (And they should sell that salsa by the bottle. It's that good).

• Pros: authentic, inexpensive, laid-back
• Cons: only open for dinner 3 nights a week
