Great food, lately bad service. I have enjoyed the Baja Bistro on many occasions since its opening. However, on my most recent two trips, I found the service appalling. Food is always good, especially the shrimp "ceviche" served refreshingly low-brow with saltine crackers. Keep the cooks, Baja, but hire new wait staff.

Excellent Food and a cute owner. This place has excellent 'tacos de papa' and great 'pomegramite margeritas.' They have good prices and service. The mexican waiter I had was a hottie with big muscles and a sense of humor.
