Great service. Second time we have called and been very pleased with the speed and efficiency of your response. Thank you
They are polite and friendly!. Their tech was polite, friendly and did not charge me a dime for the visit
EVER so grateful. Evan Pauls and assistant looked at the heating unit, opened some panels, and found my cat sitting in the return vent. They put it all back together for me, changed the filter, fixed the other vent we had opened before calling them, and saved my cat! I am ever, ever, ever, EVER so grateful to Evan Pauls and his assistant, as well as Southwest Plumbing!
I would recommend South West Plumbing. Had a problem - made a call - and they were here. The personnel sent out diagnosed the problem, suggested what needed to be done to correct the situation and scheduled the very next day to complete the work. They kept in touch, notified us when they were arriving and stayed until the job was completed. It was a good experience. I would recommend South West Plumbing to my friends
Will definitely call again. Extremely friendly and helpful technicians. very thorough in finding and fixing the problem. Will definitely call again if services are needed.
Honest. Honest. Explained what was being done. Appreciate not being charged extra for coming out late at night.
Southwest Plumbing is not recommended.
I had a drain line in my crawl space that plugged up so I called these guys because they had a big ad in the phonebook and I figured that they should know what they were doing. I was wrong.
When the guy showed up, said it was a big job and he quoted me $4000 to fix the stoppage and repair the bad line.
I called another company - Seattle Plumbing Company - for a second opinion and they sent Martin out who told me that the drain was indeed leaking, broken and had to be replaced but he said it would only take a couple of hours to replace and that it wouldn't cost more than $800.00 at the most.
I told him to go ahead and do it. He was done in three hours, I had a new kitchen drain and I figured that I saved myself $3200.
Seattle Plumbing Company was very professional and accurate with their estimate of cost. It occurred to me that it really is important to know a good plumber I can trust. The guy from Southwest outright lied to me about how long it would take and how big a project it was.
Thanks Martin and Evan Conklin (Owner of Seattle Plumbing Co.)
Rip-off artists. Beware -- avoid this company at all costs. They play hardball. We called tSouth West a few years ago to do some work -- ended up charging us a fee to just get an estimate. They quoted an overpriced rate for the job and we agreed to it (we just wanted it finished and didn't have time to get a second quote -- big mistake). The next day one of the lines they installed broke and flooded our house. South West accepted zero responsibility and refused to even refund our money. Fortunately, we have a good insurance company and our credit card company backed us up and we had our money refunded. This is a very shady company -- their promise of 100% satisfaction is a lie. If you need plumbing work take some time to find a real plumber and ignore South West's flashy ads and marketing campaign.
Be Careful. We have had our employees call Southwest twice. After the 1st time, they were instructed not to call them again but, they did. First time was for a plugged urnial. They came, looked and replaced the unit. The urnial was only 3 years old. 2nd visit was for the tiolet and was only a little older then the urnial. Same program. Came in the next day to find a new toilet. Both jobs was big bucks. Southwest does not fix, They ONLY REPLACE. Call a trusted plumber that has experience and value.
No diagnosis. I had a similar experience to the first post. Called them and idicated that the pilot light would not stay lit. Had them come out for a diagnosis and estimate. They didn't even take the heater apart to inspect. They indicated that we should replace the entire heater because it would take a week to get the parts and then $400 plus to install them. I let them go and brought in another plumber which dismantled the unit found out that it was simpy a baffle issue and fixed it in 20 minutes ($120 for the call) - Benlaw Plumbing.
