best green curry EVER. we were up in seattle for a few days on vacation and had read about jasmine thai in a rough guides book. we ordered the green curry with salmon and pad thai with tofu and OMG, i've never tasted curry so rich and creamy and so spicy but subtle... the celery, carrots, and ginger were a nice touch and the salmon all but melted in your mouth. yowza. the pad thai was saucier than what we're used to, but still good nonetheless. the hot tea (jasmine flavored, i presume) was wonderful and the service was prompt and friendly. we wish we had gone back again and we will definitely go when we're in seattle next!
