Snobby, staff not willing to help. While it is true that they have a nice selection of clothes, the vibe in the store is that you are not good enough to be there. When I visited I was dressed in J. Crew and Prada, but somehow still did not make the cut. Will not be visiting again.

Warning: Fun clothes but VERY snobby staff. I have tried to shop at Mercer on several occasions, and each time they treat me so rudely I wonder why I look like I'm not good enough to be shopping there. I am a kind, polite college professor! What does one need to do to be worthy of a friendly sales associate at Mercer? I see from the way they treat certain customers that they have the potential for customer care, but why not treat everyone with respect? Just a warning if you are thinking about going to Mercer.

the buyer - Melanie - definitely knows what she's doing!. So if you want hot clothes and a knowledgeable staff, go to Mercer. They have every jean in the world - an entire wall- and a staff who knows what will look good on you. A feather in the U-Village cap and a fashion store Seattle has definitely needed for a while! Kudos to the staff (except for the obsequious guy who works there). If you have a special event or just want to look good on a regular basis, try Mercer!

Designer, Designer, Designer!. This chic store is located in U village, a top notch mall in seattle. i love it, it's for ladies who want people to envy them. every designer brand imaginable, you want it, they got it. lacoste, juicy, seven for all mankind, true religion, citizens of humanity, paige premium denim, rock and republic, c&c california, blue cult, chip & pepper, antik, and so many more! Sales people are polite, friendly, and smart. Music is trendy but not too loud, and decorations are modern and set the mood. love love love love love love love love love love love
