I was very disappointed the last time I went in and had my nail done. I didn't have an appointment, but I was taken right in, I was there for about 45 min and 30 of those 45, she was on her cell phone talking. I felt completely ignored. It was bad enough that they speak to each other and you don't know what they are talking about, but being on a cell phone while doing my nails was the last straw. I will not go back. They use to have very good customer service, but it has gone down hill. I have noticed that in the last couple of months. They could be really good if they stepped it up a little.
Plus you might watch out for the new laws governing salons. They are suppose to log the cleaning of the pedicure bowls, plus they are not suppose to use the same file from one person to the next without sterilizing them. That goes for fingernail files, clipper, sanding blocks, dremel sanding ...everything. So far I have not seen a change
