Buyer Beware! No refunds (in tiny print) and a huge restocking fee on purchases. Don't pay for any furniture until it's ready for pickup and you've fully inspected it. We had to complain on BBB AND later get a lawyer to get all of our hard earned money back.
Car salesman – The buying experience wasnt bad. It took me 9 months to get my bed after ordering it though. They sold me a bed that wasnt available, and I had to wait til a similar one got built. They then sent me the wrong size bed twice. In between all this they would never let me know what was going on, until I contacted the bbb. They compensated by giving me a new nightstand that I had no use for but to give away. I wanted my money back but said they would fee me. Once they got my money they could care less about me. LESSON: make sure the business you buy from have A+ rating not just A. Any company can gain an A. if its less dont go, or take your chances. Check JR furniture out on BBBorg look at the complaint and govt action sections.
Don't go here – The furniture choices are great and the service isn't bad. But they can be dishonest. They told me they would have my couch ready and at my house in three weeks but that didn't happen and when i i called they said they might not get it for a while. They said they knew for two weeks the couch would take maybe a month but didn't tell me. When i said they should give me a refund since it is their fault they refused. They said just use the money i put down on something else. Even though they messed up they still aren't refunding my money. Horrible don't go here.

JR Furniture did such a great job, nice quality and provide many choices. The showroom was very large, clean and inviting. The staff was excellent. They were friendly, knowledgable and helpful.
I prefer Costco but what we were looking it was not available in Costco. Anyways came here the sales person was nice and showed us what we were looking for. They assembled the tv stand it for an extra small charge and was cheaper compared to another store we went.
My experience was great at the Tukwila location. I found the staff to be friendly and the products great for the price I paid.
Positive experience! – If I would have read all of the terrible reviews that I found for JR Furniture BEFORE I visited, I never would have even gone there. Seriously scary stuff So I wanted to share my experience, which was actually quite positive. I'm really glad we shopped there. Our goal was to purchase a new couch. And after driving around the furniture haven that is Tukwila, and getting scared off by the hovering clingy saleswoman at Macy's Furniture, we found ourselves at JR Furniture. First impression is that the place looked like a giant warehouse that could quite possibly be scary on the inside, but it was really quite normal and everything was laid out nicely for browsing. We were greeted right away and then left to browse on our own. No stalkers. When we had a question, the nice saleswoman, Evelyn, answered it, and helped us while keeping a respectful distance. Some of the other salesfolks looked a little shady, so I'm glad we had her helping us. We found the perfect sofa (made by a local company, bonus) that was unfortunately being sold as part of a 3 piece set - we only needed the sofa. Luckily, they had a couple of extras in the warehouse and were willing to sell us a single sofa for a very fair price - wayyy under the budget that we had initially planned for. Really nice surprise. Little things: I read in their online flyer that they had free delivery, but of course there must have been fine print that I missed because delivery to Seattle would have cost $75 and was done through an outside delivery service. We had to haul our old futon away, so we ended up getting a U-Haul van. Cost broke about even, and we weren't at the mercy of a delivery service's schedule. My husband said it was a little awkward to figure out where to go to pick up the couch back at the warehouse, but after knocking on some doors he finally caught someone's attention. The sofa came wrapped up really, really well - pretty impressive, and handy since we had to do some serious dragging and shoving to get it through the door. So yep, positive experience. Walked in, bought a couch, no special orders or fancy business. JR Furniture totally worked for us.
