I've had two cuts with Joevir and both experiences have been great. He does more than just cut hair but shares his expertise to ensure your hair is healthy in addition to looking good. I especially liked that he recommended using an organic hair care product and the type that is best for my hair but didn't try to push a product he had there to sell. That's refreshing!

Joevir is great! I loved my cut and color. He gave me great styling tips, and I was in and out in record time. I will definitely be coming back. Great experience, and beautiful hair!

Serena is great! The second I walked out of the salon I got a compliment on how great my hair looked. All my friends asked me who did my hair and loved it. If you want a new look, DEFINITELY go to Joevir!

Serena is amazing! I felt more confident and older after I got my hair done by her, and, as a teen, that is really important to me. I've received countless compliments on my hair. She is fun to talk to - she really makes the visit enjoyable and fun!

I bought a dealfind back in October for a cut, color and partial highlight when I was returning to work after maternity leave. I was a little scared when I walked in to the salon because it's a tad shabby but I was such an unkept mess that I NEEDED my hair done before returning to work so I decided to try it out and I am SO glad I did! Joevir gave me the best cut of my life and made me look and feel amazing. I have gone to him 3 times since then and each time my experience is the same...GREAT! He convinced me to wear my hair in the opposite direction and I have never gotten more compliments. He then suggested I lighten my hair a little instead of darkening at as usual and once again he gave a great suggestion that I never would have thought of on my own. He has over 20 years of experience yet is still trendy and relevent and I would recommend him to anyone!

Great Hair cut!! I have recently moved to Belltown from Spain and I was looking for someone who could make me a good hair cut and not ask me for 60$ like some barbershops or design salons found in downtown...

I was so welcomed and service was excellent, prices are good and I am very satisfied with my hair cut (and also my wife is..;). I would definitely recommend this hair design salon and I'll be back for my next haircut for sure.

CHECK REVIEWS ON OTHER SITES - THEY ARE NOT SO GOOD AS THE NICE THINGS HIS FRIENDS POST HERE. If i could give a negative review i would. This guy stood me up me! I took 2 hrs off work, paid for parking, bridge tolls and gas - only to get a text a few minutes before my appt that he had me down for the NEXT Friday - and had a mistake in his scheduling. Funny now i see others have had simlar experiences. He is texting me to reschdule - but i will not give him another opportunity to waste my time. HORRIBLE !!! HORRIBLE !!! I highly recommend reading the other reviews here on Yelp... i may be the lucky one that got away depending on his "mood" ....
