Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/19/12. I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers of Seattle this morning at 7:30am and asked if I could schedule someone to come clear our shower drain. I was expecting the standard wait of at least 3 days and a window of 4 hours of waiting. A live person answered and told me she could have someone at our house with in the hour! It was so great to be able to have someone come right away. When the plumber, Giovanni arrived he was clean, friendly and very kind to my 4 year old who was very curious and wanted to know what he was doing. She got to watch and he told her everything he was doing. It was a very great experience as far as needing a plumber goes.…
