My kitchen sink was clogged, I tried liquid plumber and plunger and didn't work. Called Southwest and he couldn't fix it, so I called Rotor Rooter, Max (#1854) came within 2 hours and he CLEARED the pipe in about 15 minutes, YAH! Job well done !!

Roto-Rooter is AWESOME. We couldn’t use our shower and could barely use our toilet and we only have one bathroom! I called Roto-Rooter and they saved the day. We had same day service, during the hours I requested. Chad came in and was able to do his thing, we ran into a small problem, he called another tech in the area, Cesar and Chad tackled the issue. Chad was going to do everything in his power to get us up and running. I am so glad I called Roto-Rooter – THANK YOU!

Root-root-rooting for the home team is easy when you use Roto-Rooter. My repairman was on time, courteous to a fault, efficient, and neat. He cleaned up after himself and after he was done, asked if there were any other minor problems he could help me with. He proceeded to do so at no extra charge. Hats off to Arash and to Roto-Rooter for unparalleled service.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/19/12. I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers of Seattle this morning at 7:30am and asked if I could schedule someone to come clear our shower drain. I was expecting the standard wait of at least 3 days and a window of 4 hours of waiting. A live person answered and told me she could have someone at our house with in the hour! It was so great to be able to have someone come right away. When the plumber, Giovanni arrived he was clean, friendly and very kind to my 4 year old who was very curious and wanted to know what he was doing. She got to watch and he told her everything he was doing. It was a very great experience as far as needing a plumber goes.

Elvis was a wonderful plumber!. Elvis came out to my house yesterday and helped me find the best price, best options, and best parts for my home AND my budget. I couldn't ask for a better plumber, and if I did, Elvis would still be the one to show up. Amazing work, would definitely recommend these gentlemen.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1-2-2012. I called Roto-Rooter Plumber in Seattle and Florin their service man was at my home with in a couple hours AND no charge for the initial evaluation...Our shower was not draining and we were finally tired of standing in dirty water! The problem was identified & resolved that visit...No extra charge for travel or same day service AND the 6 month guarantee & 50$ off coupon was a deal-maker for our family. You would never know that Florin was there: he was tidy & careful with our master bathroom tile ect. He was in & out swiftly and we would highly recommend Roto-Rooters Plumbers for service

Great job Florin!. My house drain was clogged from shower and garbage disposal.

Florin did a great job and cleaned everything up after the work. He also gave me some drain maintenance tips that should help to avert another snaking.

Rooter-rooter was easy to deal with and are 7X24 shop.

They came out in an hour.

No tears and a $40 coupon to boot.
