Excellent customer service. What a difference our new heat pump has made to the comfort of our home and reduced our heating bills! We really appreciate the time and personal attention we received by a manager who came by our home and explained operating features and maintenance of our system and how to use it most efficiently. Confirms to us that we made the right choice in choosing Washington Energy Services. We got bids from several different companies but none offered the comprehensive package and coordination.

Great Service! I had a new gas furnace installed in Dec 2012. The technicians doing the installation were professional, friendly and did a great job!!! Installation was completed in less than a day. I've used Washington Energy Services a couple of times over the years and they always do a good job.

My hot water heater gave out after 21 years, Called Puget Sound Energy who in turn sent out Washington Energy Services that same day to replace it. Chris B. installed it and did a great job. Would recommend them anytime,.

We had WES replace our furnance and add air conditioning. Great install, Installers knew what they were doing, completed job in one day and it all works. We are now sitting in a cool house.

Great Service!. I was out of town last December when our furnace went out. My wife called Washington Energy Services and David P. showed up quickly along with a service tech. They found a way to get our old furnace running temorarily and showed my wife how to reset it if it continued to go out. Dave presented our options and recommended the best approach for our situation. He then expedited the replacement of our furnace. I felt we got a great deal and the level of service can't be beat! I have continued to consult with David on other items and he has been extremely helpful.

GREAT FURNACE - GREAT DEAL - GREAT SERVICE!!. We couldn't recommend Washington Energy Services more highly...We worked with David Piscitelli, after getting several other quotes (one from Costco). Not only did he beat ALL the other quotes, but our time with him was low pressure, enjoyable, and he helped us figure out what we really NEEDED, without any unnecessary bells or whistles. And our new furnace keeps our house SO much warmer than our old furnace did...we are THRILLED. Also, from the woman who called to schedule the installation, to the guys who actually installed the furnace...they were all extremely professional, easy to work with, and went out of their way to help us. We couldn't be happier with our decision to buy our new furnace from WA Energy Services!

Top Notch Service. My water heater went out a few months ago, and Washington Energy Services went above and beyond in helping remedy the issue. In particular, one of the employees (David P) was extremely helpful, educated, and timely! The care I received was top notch! I'm very pleased with the deal I received and would recommend Washington Energy Service to anyone and everyone!

i no longer have blue lips!!. Figures our furnace would go out on the coldest week of the winter!!! WA Energy Services, with David Piscitelli and team on the job, took care of us quickly and professionally! They are our go-to company from now on! Thank you!!!
