I wish I never went here. After a few minutes in the chair, I had my nails destroyed, and I was ignored. I tipped the person, got up and left.

Worst place don't go here – I went here to get eye lash extensions. Ive been really excited about getting them and i've done a lot of research before I actually when to get them. I finally booked my appointment with Gaultier Spa because I tan at dessert sun and I always see the sign that says "eyelash extensions 85$", I got them done by Kim, and i've read, and talked to a lot of different eyelash extensions salons and it's not ment to hurt when they put the extensions on. When she was doing my eyelashes I was in constant pain. I have no idea what she was doing, but the fake eyelash was pokling the underskin of my eye, and it remained that way after I left, on numbers parts of my eye. They itched and hurt so bad, I knew this wasn't ment to be happening, i've watched numerous youtube videos, know people who have them, read on websites, talked to professionals, and you're not even ment to know they are there. It was awful. I finally called another salon to double check if this was ment to be normal at first, she said and another salon said "absolutely not. They even described to me, what I was probably feeling and if I am feeling them it could cause serious damage to my own eyelashes and become increasingly painful as the eyelashes grow out. I was so upset, I called Kim back and I asked for her to remove them immediately and demanded my money back since she didn't do them properly. They didn't even look good, they were all droopy, and one eye clearly had more than the other. I was so upset. Kim told me that I couldn't have my money back and that she would try to take them off. I told her this was unfair, she just sat on the phone and argued with me and wouldn't even give me a chance. Im a college student and I really don't have that much money or time to spend on stuff like this, I just wanted to do it as a treat for myself, she said no, and finally said bye. She was so rude, im so upset, and I just want them off now. I don't trust Kim to do it, so I actually booked a appointment with another salon even though it's going to cost me $40. I have to do it because they hurt so bad, they are itchy, and they don't look good at all. PLEASE, I wrote this reveiw for a purpose, unfortunatly, I was the person to have to experience this, but please spend the extra money and go somewhere else where they know what they are doing. It's worth it. I don't want you to feel like I do right now because it's an awful feeling. I will never go here again, and honestly im afraid to get eyelash extensions again just because this experience was so awful. I hope this helps with your decision.

should be professional – I am sorry to hear your story. Why dont you report your problem with the State Board? Tell her you would take this to court if she does not return the money and pay for the doctor... I have found that in Seattle, most salons owned by Vietnamese dont do good job at all on eyelash extention, acrylic and gel nails. Some are ok with Pedi and mani. Kim doesnt know how to do eyelash extention, she watched somebody doing it couple years ago and claimed that she knew how to do it. She does not even know where to get the supply for it and even when she got the stuff, she cant read the instructions.

she is very rude – I had a manicure with a lady named Kim. She seemed nice and told me that she was from Vietnam. We started talking so I told her I was and stationed in Vietnam during the war. All the sudden she burst with a question “Did you k ill anybody there?” That really bothered me. She is very rude.

what a bad experience – I read so many good things about this spa before I came to have a brazilian waxing done and it was such a bad experience. No wonder why it only cost me 35 bucks. Kim, the gal that does the waxing, kept talking and talking but nobody could understand an English word she said. She burnt me badly and the way she did the job, looked like she was still going to school. I had to go to a dermatologist because my skin there was so burnt and has an bad infection. I would not recommend people to come here.

Suzie is my savior! – I found Suzie thru the internet! I was lost and couldn't find a beauty place to call my own and after being tired of my ugly acrylic jobs on my nails I decided that I needed an answer. I told myself if this time is another bad experience then I'll take off my nails and try to grow them out. Well I came to Suzie to take them off and put a new set of nails, I was blown away. Thin, narrow, pink and white, yes pink and white not clear and white. They last for weeks! Thank you!

Loved it! – Loved Gaultier R. spa they really knew what they were doing! My husband and I get our pedicures there and when we feel embarrassed enough we get our manicures done also. The gals are great, once they meet you the second time feel like home. Somewhat, eventhough I'd love to take their spa chairs home but without them it wouldnt just be the same! Anyways try them out! This spa is different, they also speak french which is lovely.

Best spa! – I really like their happy hour special they offer, sometimes I don't have time for the usual so because it is walk ins i can stop in whenever, it is very convenient! The spa is still pretty new so I can be fitted in pretty easily which is great! So go there I'm very happy with their consistent service, they also provide REAL flip flops which is so cool! Anyways, try them they are awesome!

Beautiful place! – My girlfriend and I have been going to Gaultier r. spa since they opened and cannot describe how happy we have been. We get our mani/pedi and eyelashes done there and couldn't love it more. The price is way reasonable and the work beyond the call. We just wanted to get on here eventhough this should have been done couple months ago just to thank you for the awesome jobs you have done for us. For providing such a beautiful place for us to enjoy our happy times!
