The BEST!. From the first moment I walked in Bellevue Bridal Boutique to the day I wore my wedding gown, all my experiences with Bellevue Bridal were superior. I went to 15 places in Washington and Oregon in search of the perfect wedding gown and experienced different levels of customer service, quality, and price, and Bellevue Bridal Boutique ranks the highest. I would like to mostly review Juli, the alteration lady. If I could list every word in the dictionary that meant AMAZING, I would. I found the material of my dreams on a dress that was not designed to my liking. I used a bunch of clips, held the dress in different direction, told Juli a laundry list of things I wanted to change, and asked her if she could create my ideal wedding gown. RUDE RUDE RUDE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever recieved. Dana the manager was so rude & treated me terribly. She couldnt have worse customer service. I wont go in to detail but pretty much everything you shouldnt do...is what she did to me. Could there be a worse time to recieve this kind of treatment...being 3 months away from my wedding? No. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Not only was Dana shockingly rude & inappropiate but you would be lucky to recieve the care & time you truely deserve from any of the employees. JUST AWFUL. Customer service is everything and word of mouth is a strong thing. I am not someone who usually complains but this was deserving of it. From one bride to another...dont choose this place for any of your wedding day needs. Spend your money at a place more worthy of it.

Sweet little shop with great service. I wish I was able to buy my dress from this quaint and cozy little boutique. If they had it, I would have. When I found my dream dress, I even went in to see if they could order it, but they didn't carry the line.

They are a wonderful, sweet shop with so much selection. They are super helpful, and NICE! Genuinely nice. The seamstress (whose name I forget) really knows what she is doing and was ever so instrumental in helping me find the perfect dress.

I went in there multiple times and they were still very nice...and even though I did not end up buying a dress there, they were still all about the customer service.

I can't say enough nice things about them or their wonderful little store.

Cute little bridal shop with GREAT service!. I visited Bellevue Bridal in need of a formal gown for an event that I was attending and I was immediately greated by a friendly staff. I was unaware of the lengthy shipping dates, but the staff at Bellevue Bridal were on top of it all. They called the manufacturer to see if the dress that I wanted was in stock in the correct size and color I needed to avoid rush shipping charges if possible. They did an amazing job and were successful in their attempts to get me my dress on time. I also had the opportunity to browse through their amazing wedding gown selection. I will definately return when it is time to buy my wedding gown!

Pros: GREAT customer service, friendly, good selection.

Wonderful Service, Excellent Selection, and Great Value. I can't say enough good things about Bellevue Bridal Boutique!!! I bought my dress here because the selection, service and prices are so much better than any of the (many!) other bridal shops I visited in Seattle. But the real reason to come here is the staff - they are truly amazing!

This is the place to come if you want to be well taken care of, in a comfortable, service-oriented, no pressure environment. They have years of experience in bridal gowns and service and really know how to make you look and feel your best. The staff here care about you, and it shows! If you're looking for a wonderful gown shopping experience, this is the place to start.

Worst Service Ever! And I am low maintenence!. I bought my dress and ordered Brides maid dresses here, three different people working assured me and my bridesmaids that we could order our dresses well into August for a November Wedding. I called to check on measurements in early July (about a week after I ordered them and a day after my maid of honor had double checked) they said "oh by the way, since you called" if you don't get all the money and measurements in by TONIGHT your dresses will NOT arrive untill AFTER the wedding!" Not only could I not get a hold of any of my bridesmaids, but the woman on the phone said it happens all the time that they change the delivery dates and there is no possible way they could call customers to let them know if the dates chaged(she laughed at such a proposterous idea)! She said they could do rush delivery but it would cost about 60$ more per dress! When I asked if they would cover the cost of rush since they caused me to nearly not have bridesmaid dresses at all, she laughed again! I work in Customer Service and this is completely un-exceptable. Not only did they act as though- even though they had obviously told me the wrong information, it was not their job to help me. My dresses are on RUSH delivery for 2days before the wedding. My bridesmaids all called in their measurements and the shop mixed up the measurements and payments so many times that they faxed credit card info from bridesmaid to the maid of honor! I asked to speak with the manager a number of times but she was not available and they could not tell me when she would be, they also asked her permission to cover a fee and she said no. Overall, Weddings are once in a lifetime and do not waste your time with this risky buisness!
