I found Spice Route on seattleindian website. The restaurant had the best reviews so my husband and I tried it. All I could say is, if you want authentic Indian food, Spice Route is the place to be. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you will notice that at least 90% of its customers are Indians. This just indicates that the food is truly authentic. I'm not Indian but having lived in Dubai for 7years, I surely know how real Indian food tastes like. I have tried a lot of Indian restaurants in Seattle, all of which had the greatest reviews on citysearch (like Mehak Indian, Taste of India, and Cedars) but I found the flavors too "Americanized", too sweet & not enough spice. Even my husband, who doesn't really eat spicy stuff, loves it here. And for those who complain about the spiciness of the food, remember this is INDIAN food. Most Indian food are supposed to be super spicy.
Pros: Food, efficient service
Cons: weekend buffets could be crowded, too far from seattle!

I have visited many times Spice Route and consistently there is poor service Food is not doubt excellent but you will have to wait for 1 hours atleast without no infomration. And the hotel folks rarely understand English
