Simply the Best Out There!

Almost 2 years ago my husband and I found Monique when we were looking to buy a commuter condo. She was very responsive , helpful and just a pleasure to work with. Fast forward to February of this year....My daughter and her husband made the decision to purchase their very first home using his VA loan. What should have been an easy shall we say slam dunk transaction turned into a total nightmare. But Monique NEVER gave up, she even took over the job of the listing Agent. I have over 200 emails where Monique kept in touch with us during this process. Finally 2.5 months later the transaction closed and my daughter and her family are in their first home.
Thank YOU Monique, we all know had it not been for you giving 200% this would have never happened when most Agents would have thrown in the towel you just worked harder.
