Worst Rental Experience I've Ever Had. Whatever you do; do not rent from RPA. Our property manager (Joanna) was completely unhelpful and unresponsive. Four months after I moved out, she still owes me reimbursements from money she over-withheld for utility bills. I don't know why there are so many positive reviews on citysearch. Thanks for everything!. Tony and RPA have been managing my investment properties for the past 10+ years. At one point I was considering selling my properties due to the hassles of management. Since turning the responsibility over to Tony, I no longer have to worry about anything.
